Building a suite of multi-channel solutions that are bank-grade and scalable for global payment providers is no easy task. We are motivated by the positive impact it will have on our clients and their customers. We are only at the beginning of our journey. There’s a lot more to come.

Work from anywhere
We’re a remote-first organisation offering a hybrid work environment. In addition to working from either the office or home, most of our roles can take advantage of our Work from Anywhere policy (working from a city outside your usual region or country outside of Australia) for up to 20 days each financial year.

Referral program
Yes, we think it's important that those referred are comfortable having their details submitted to mx51. External referrers will need to email people@mx51.io to advise that they’d like to make a referral for a specific role. The People & Culture team will reach out to the referred candidate to request that they apply directly for the role.
We’ll send you a confirmation email letting you know we have received your referral. We will be back in contact with you should the candidate be offered a role within a 6 month period and commence thereafter in this role.
If the candidate is not selected for the role that you put them forward for, their details will remain on our database. If a suitable role becomes available within the 6 month period, we will reach out to the referred candidate and inform you of the progress in the recruitment process.
If your referral is successful in securing a role within 6 months and commences the role thereafter, we will be in contact via email to advise that your referral has been successful.
We’ll use the email address you provided us, to get in touch and confirm details of your payment. You will receive 50% of the referral bonus upon the referee’s start date and 50% upon the referee completing probation (6 months of employment with mx51).
Yes, absolutely - the more, the merrier!
Only individuals can make a referral (i.e. not a business entity)
To make a referral, you must be an Australian permanent resident/citizen and at least 18 years of age

Work flexibly
For all roles, you can choose to work from home (within Australia) and/or our Sydney office. For those living in other select capital cities, you will have access to coworking facilities.
You will be provided with a laptop as well as a monitor, keyboard, and mouse (if requested) to work from home effectively.
Work from anywhere
Most of our roles will enable you to work in a different city to your home or our Sydney office. This would usually be discussed with your manager who will need to approve.
Most, but not all our roles, will allow you to work from most countries around the world for a maximum of 20 business days per financial year. We have an internal application and approval process to manage such requests.
